What ages do you train?

Do players need prior basketball experience?
No experience is required. Our training focuses on fundamentals and skill development, making it great for both beginners and experienced players.
What skills are taught during training sessions?

Players work on ball handling, shooting, footwork, offensive advantage, and basketball IQ. Our drills are designed to help skills translate into real game performance.
How large are the training sessions?

Sessions are available in individual, small group, and group formats to ensure each player receives the right level of attention and instruction.
How long are training sessions?

Most sessions last about 60 minutes, giving players plenty of time to work on skills while staying focused and engaged.
Do you offer private training?

Yes. We offer one-on-one private development sessions for athletes who want personalized coaching or position-specific training.
What should my player bring?

Players should bring basketball shoes, a water bottle, and a basketball if they have one. Comfortable athletic clothing is recommended.
